Patient Engagement Manager
DxTerity is seeking a multi-faceted, results-driven Patient Engagement Manager who has the ambition and knowledge to drive patient-centric genomic monitoring tools within the patient and physician community. This person will manage the development of websites for clinical study participants as well as the social media marketing outreach. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating multiple marketing led cross-functional initiatives that span direct-to-patient initiatives, social media marketing, influencer outreach, management of graphic design consultants and collateral development. You are half creative and yet half analytical and thrive on results. This position gives an individual a wide breadth and depth of marketing experience and the opportunity to be involved early on at a fast-growing company and the added benefit of advancing patient care in autoimmune diseases and cancer.
Director of Genomics
The candidate should have previous experience leading the development and validation of a diagnostic tests. Candidates with a strong immunology background and knowledge of blood based genomics are preferred. The candidate will be directing a team of molecular biologist, computational biologists, and clinical scientists in the design and development of direct-to-patient genomic tests. The candidate must be hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable in US and international clinical regulations. Excellent writing, verbal communication and organizational skills are critical.
Molecular Clinical Laboratory Scientist
DxTerity Diagnostics is in need of a California-licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) specializing in molecular biology techniques in a GMP/GCP/CLIA-compliant environment. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. The CLS is responsible for performing and maintaining high complexity laboratory testing on patient specimens, interpreting and reporting patient results, performing quality control and quality assurance procedures, and complying with all applicable local, state and federal laboratory requirements. The high complexity nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, flexibility with tasks and schedules, and the ability to contribute as a key team member.
