    • Prior to founding DxTerity, Bob was Director of Research for Motorola Life Sciences, and he also led the technology and product development activites at two start-up genomic companies, Clinical Micro Sensors and Nanobiomics.  CMS was acquired by Motorola Life Sciences for $300 Million in June of 2000 and Nanobiomics received the 2005 best start-up of the year award from the Arizona Biotech Association before being acquired by the Molecular Profiling Institute less than 9 months after its founding.  Bob is an inventor on 19 approved U.S. patents and 16 pending applications.

  • Jim Healy CFO / COO Co-Founder
    • Jim Healy, MS, has over 25 years of operations and financial leadership in high technology, software and semiconductor companies, including Cadence Design Systems, Magnify360, JTA Research and Hughes Electronics.   In addition to operational and business development expertise, Jim has strong experience in venture capital funding, mergers and acquisitions and extensive experience in managing large government contracts.  As CFO of Hughes Communication Products advanced technology group he lead the growth of government and commercial programs which won over $250 Million of new business and aquisition of $100 Million in revenue Magnovox Radio division for addition to the business unit.   As CFO and SVP Business Development for Internet Advertising Start Up Magnify360 he raised capital from seed stage through growth phase and led business development activities for strategic accounts including Intuit, Seagate, ServiceMagic and Autobytel which lead to Top 10 List rating from Frost and Sullivan for marketing automation.

  • Dr. Bill Coty VP of Regulatory and Quality
    • Bill Coty, PhD, has over 25 years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (“IVD”) industry with Roche Diagnostics, Boehringer Mannheim, Microgenics, DiscoveRx,  Motorola Life Sciences and Osmetech Molecular Diagnostics. He has overseen the FDA clearance and product launch processes for a wide variety of immuno and molecular diagnostic tests. At Osmetech Molecular Diagnostics, he was VP of Research and Product Development and led efforts to develop and achieve FDA clearance of the eSensor® 4800 and XT-8 instrument systems with genetic tests for cystic fibrosis and Warfarin sensitivity.  At Microgenics, VP of Research and Development, Bill established the T4 MAb assay as the market leader worldwide, developed one-of-a-kind FDA-cleared immunoassays that provided Microgenics with unique marketing advantages, and established analytical test methods for critical raw materials to enable large-scale GMP manufacture of Microgenics' products.
