The DxTerity technology, DxDirect™, is a simple, fast and affordable technique for analysis of complex gene signatures. DxDirect™ combines a robust chemical ligation process, NEAT™, and a unique sample stabilization system, DxCollect™.  This enable direct from whole blood or tissue sample multiplex gene expression testing without many of the constraints that exist today.

1. Two chemically reactive probes per target which is unique for each gene target.

2. Chemical Ligation generates PCR amplifiable product

3. Removes unligated probes

4. The amplification product of each probe has a unique length or capture probe hybridization sequence.

5. Readout on Existing Instrumentation

Testing which once could only be done by a sophisticated research lab, or highly specialized and high skilled area within a clinical lab, can now be performed reliably in a routine manner by lab technicians and clinicians, all with the same level of quality.
