DxDirect™, based on the core NEAT™ technology, dramatically simplifies the testing process. By converting nucleic acid targets (DNA and RNA) into stable substrates, DxDirect™ engineers samples for easy, quantitative amplification and detection using existing instrumentation. When compared to the leading multiplex genomic platforms, DxDirect™ shrinks the number of major process steps from 11 to just 5, without any loss of analytical performance.

This simplified, direct-from-sample process means that, for the first time, complex gene signature testing can be routinely performed by standard lab technicians in one day.
